ZK SEPARATION Decanters for Environmental Dredging Process
When carrying out environmental protection dredging of rivers or lakes, an important link is a solid-liquid separation, namely dewatering. We use dredgers to remove sludge or algae in the river. We must treat these sludge or algae to meet environmental protection standards. When dewatering the sludge mixture, the large-capacity centrifuge is undoubtedly the best equipment. By adding polymer to the mixture to make it unstable and increase the particle size, then the sludge mixture is sent to a centrifuge for treatment through a pump, resulting in a relatively dry filter cake and relatively clear wastewater. For oily sludge treatment, a three-phase centrifuge can be used as a treatment system, which can effectively separate the three-phase mixture of oil, water, and sludge.
