ZK SEPARATION three-phase centrifuge for palm oil can be professionally designed according to customer's requirements and palm oil production process, which has the following characteristics:
High palm oil extraction rate and low COD in wastewater - The centrifuge adopts high precision, high rotational speed (separation factor exceeding 3000G) and special heavy phase liquid discharge technology, which can increase the palm oil extraction rate by 10% ~ 20% compared with the conventional centrifuges, and at the same time, the COD content of wastewater can be reduced by 10% ~ 20%, which can reduce the cost of wastewater subsequent treatment to a certain extent.
High-performance wear and corrosion-resistant technology - The centrifuge uses palm oil-specific wear and corrosion-resistant materials for the easy-to-wear locations of the centrifuge's over-flow components, resulting in a longer wear-resistant life and effectively reducing the centrifuge's operating and maintenance costs.
High-performance bowl material - The bowl material is made of high-quality duplex stainless steel SAF2205 (the blank is molded by centrifuge casting), which has high strength and good corrosion resistance, and effectively ensures the centrifuge's high-speed, high-efficiency and stable operation.
High dryness spiral and bowl design - The internal structure of the bowl is specially designed according to the characteristics of palm oil materials, the dewatering length is about 20% longer than that of conventional centrifuges, and the spiral in the dewatering section adopts a variable pitch design to enhance the squeezing capacity. This design reduces the water content of the centrifuge slag phase by 5 to 10%, resulting in a drier slag.
High-torque differential - The differential adopts a high-torque planetary gear differential, which has the advantages of high rotational speed, low heat generation, and good heat dissipation performance, effectively guaranteeing the centrifuge's long-term stable operation.
Fully automatic CIP cleaning system - The centrifuge is equipped with a fully automatic CIP cleaning system, which automatically starts the cleaning program when the centrifuge is shut down, effectively avoiding the problem of incomplete cleaning or cleaning in place during centrifuge shutdown and prolonging the service life of the centrifuge.
