Olive Oil Extraction Process
From fruit intake to oil clarification, our olive oil extraction system covers every critical step in the cold-press process. Designed to optimize yield and preserve purity, each stage is precisely engineered for smooth operation, minimal waste, and consistent oil quality.
Fruit Reception & Cleaning
Fresh olives are delivered and gently conveyed by our automated intake system. Leaves, stems, and debris are removed using adjustable air flow and water spray, ensuring clean raw material enters the extraction line.
Crushing & Malaxation
The olives are crushed using high-speed hammers, breaking cell walls to release oil. The paste is then mixed at controlled temperatures (22–28°C) for 20–30 minutes to promote oil droplet coalescence in the malaxer tank.
Centrifugal Separation
The olive paste enters the decanter centrifuge, which separates it into oil, water, and pomace. Choose between a 2-phase system for water-free processing or a 3-phase system for traditional full separation.
Oil Purification
Disc stack centrifuges are used to remove residual water and fine particles, delivering high-purity virgin olive oil ready for bottling or storage.
